Directions

How to use: Gently squeeze the bottle to fill the dosing cup (10 ml). Swish vigorously for one minute, then spit out. Use 1-2 times daily, preferably not in connection to toothbrushing, or as recommended by your dental professional. For adults and children from 12 years of age.
